Refunds & Returns Policy

Overview

The majority of our products sold are serviced based and our fees are therefore calculated on the average time it will take to develop a finished product for your business. Refunds are only applicable in the event that you have paid for your order and we have not started with your project. However please note that a request for a refund will be subject to a 15% fee of your total project fee to cover for the administration costs to cancel the project and process the refund.

In the event that Startersites has started on your project, the pro-rata amount for the balance of the project not completed as yet and at the time of cancellation is refundable, minus the 15% total project fee to cover the administration and fees incurred to process a refund.

Additional non-returnable items:

• Hosting Fees that are due and payable for month(s) of service
• Graphic Design, Copywriting to Website Development Fees for work already commenced with and/or completed.
• Maintenance Fees that are due and payable for month(s) of service

To complete your return, we require a formal email communicating your request to cancel the project and/or request a refund, along with your proof of payment and order number. Send to: [email protected].

Refunds

Once your request to cancel and request for refund is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request to cancel and/or request a refund. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
