Project Delivery Process

The start of the project usually follows one of two routes:

1. You find the products and services that what you want on our website, place an order and pay for it; or
2. You engage with our team to help identify the products and/or services you need and enable us to help you find the best products and services to take your project forward. You agree thereto and submit payment.
3. You engage with our team to figure out what you need, and we help you find the best product and service for your project. When you agree, you will place the order and pay for it.
4. Note that the payment of your fees constitutes a valid contract between Startersites and yourselves and the acceptance of all our terms and conditions.

Step 1: Project Initiation & Planning

Once your payment is received and reflects in our bank account, this is the start of the project initiation phase. During this phase, we will schedule your project into our workflow and set up the basics to start with your project.

We will provide you with a list of content and information that you will provide to us, which will be necessary for the completion of the project.

Step 2: Project Execution

On receipt of your information and content, we will check and review them. If there are any concerns or confusion, we will consult with you to clarify. At this stage, we will confirm that the project is in our workflow. We will provide you with a date by which you can expect to receive the first view of your website/project.

At the first view, you will have sufficient time to review – suggest changes (up to the limited amounts of revisions). We will proceed to make the necessary changes toward completing your website / design project. Once you are satisfied with the outcome, the project moves to the next phase.

Step 3: Project Packaging & Closing

Once your design project has been signed off by you, we will finalise the project for handover to you.

For websites, this will mean that we complete base SEO, take the website from the staging environment to the live environment and provide you with access to make content updates.

For design projects, we shall package the design files and provide you with the art elements in the various file types.

In the event of any additional fees (in the event of exceeding revisions or adding to the scope of the initial project) these will be payable before handover of project files.
