Once you’ve selected your chosen layout, we’ll confirm pricing based on your brief.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure workspace and to start building your website.  Submit your content and allow us to build to an agreed timeline.  Once your website has been finalised, you will view the website before go live to approve it and then we are ready to launch.  The balance of payment and any additional costs that may arise (in the event of additional changes to your brief) will now become due and payable.

Unfortunately we do not offer payment plans.  However we offer a two-part payment option to assist you from a cash flow basis.  A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence with work, with the balance due on completion of the project.  Note this two-part payment is only available for websites up to 10 pages.  Depending on the size of the overall project, we reserve the right to ask for progress payment drawers.

Provided that your choice is in line with one of our layouts, and no major reworking or additional features or functionalities are required; plus your content is readily available a website can be developed quite quickly. 

Delays are often experienced when your content is not ready, or if the layout options is to be highly customized and any additional features and/or functionality has to be built in.  This may impact on how quickly your website is developed and delivered.

In the event that you need maintenance and content update support, we are able to assist you with these services too.  

We try to be as accurate as possible with our cost estimates.  There are no hidden costs.  

However additional costs may become due and payable if your website increases beyond the page count, or if you keep asking us to update content and make changes during the time of building your website.  Your content should be provided to us in a finished and approved state.  We allow for 2 reverts for changes, but exceeding 2 reverts, this will attract additional fees.

Other costs associated with your website includes your domain registration fees as well as your hosting fees. Your website build is a once off fee, whilst your domain and hosting fees are on-going.  Ask us about affordable hosting for your website.
